Marbles for Modern Spaces
Marble has always been a timeless choice for interiors and exteriors, known for its elegance, durability, and natural beauty. Today, marbles are available in two main types – Ultra-Thin Marbles and Marbles – each offering unique advantages depending on the project.
Marbles
Traditional thickness, strong and sturdy
Widely used for flooring, walls, countertops, and decorative applications
Long-lasting with high resistance to wear and tear
Classic choice for both residential and commercial spaces
Cut in the traditional thickness (typically 18–20 mm or more)
Highly durable and strong, making it ideal for flooring, staircases, countertops, and heavy-use areas
Provides a solid and premium finish that stands the test of time
Ultra-Thin Marbles
- The same natural marble, but cut into extremely thin slabs (as thin as 3–6 mm)
- Lightweight and easier to handle compared to standard slabs
- Allows installation in areas where weight is a concern, such as walls, ceilings, elevators, and furniture
- Can be laminated with glass, aluminum, or composite panels for added strength without losing the natural beauty of marble
- Reduces cost of transport and installation due to less weight
- Perfect for modern, minimalistic, and space-saving designs
Peculiarity of Ultra-Thin Marbles
Ultra-thin marbles combine natural elegance with advanced technology. Their thin structure allows flexibility in design without compromising beauty. They enable architects and designers to use marble in innovative ways that are not always possible with traditional thick slabs.
